After beating Apollo and winning the heavyweight title, Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) and Adrian (Talia Shire) marry and start a family. However, their new life is disrupted when a younger boxer named Clubber Lang (Antonio Tarver) comes back from retirement to take back the heavyweight championship from the winner of a ring battle between him and Rocky. The film follows Rocky as he fights Clubber Lang for control of his title in order to prove his worth to Adrian as a husband and father. We'll start with the technically brilliant fight scenes in "Rocky 3" that were choreographed by Bill Conti. The fight scenes may not be as breathtaking as the ones in "Rocky 2" because the fights are smaller and shorter than what we saw in that film. That doesn't mean they're any less exciting to watch, though. The fights here are intense, exciting and definitely worthy of being called one of the best boxing films ever made.
